The New Brunswick Express Entry Stream is intended for Foreign Nationals who have required skills, education and work experience to contribute to New Brunswick’s economy. They should be ready to live and work in New Brunswick and meet the requirements of each stage of the Express Entry Stream.
1. Expressions of Interest (EOIs) via the INB portal are currently been accepting from individuals for The New Brunswick Express Entry stream. Applicants should meet all of the following submission criteria:
a. The applicant has submitted a federal Express Entry Profile and has a valid Federal Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation Code.
b. The applicant is currently living and working in New Brunswick; a letter of employment from the employer must be provided.
c. The applicant has a valid Canadian Work Permit.
d. The NOC Code for this current employment is for a position that matches NOC Level 0, A, or B.
e. The applicant has valid language test scores (IELTS, CELPIP, or TEF Canada) with scores equivalent to CLB 7 in all four language competencies,
f. The applicant has a valid Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) which attests to the minimum equivalent of a Canadian High School diploma,
All candidates invited in this manner must meet regular eligibility requirements of the program and submit a complete and correct application to be considered for provincial nomination.
2. New Brunswick will, on occasion, invite candidates directly from the federal Express Entry pool in response to provincial labor-market needs.
Candidates selected in this manner will receive a Notification or Letter of Interest (LOI) from the Province of New Brunswick via their Federal Express Entry account.
Eligibility Requirements
There are requirements for each stage of the New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream process including registration, application and nomination. The candidates must meet the minimum eligibility requirements for age, language, job offer, work experience and education, and score a minimum of 60 points in the selection factors
Offer of employment
You should have an offer from a qualified New Brunswick employer of permanent full-time employment in an eligible occupation.
The wage you have been offered must be competitive with New Brunswick wage rates for the occupation. The wage stated on candidate’s offer of employment must meet or exceed the median wage level for the occupation in the region of New Brunswick where candidate would be working.
Intention to reside in New Brunswick
To establish intent, the candidate may be asked to demonstrate his attachment to New Brunswick. These factors may include but are not limited to a description of any actions the candidate has taken to permanently settle in New Brunswick.
